Connect Spartoo to your inventory, market by market
Enter the partenaire code and Agilo finds the marketplaces that are likely active. You confirm the list once; Agilo imports the existing catalog without changing it and, after that initial check succeeds, synchronizes products, prices, orders, and returns.
You confirm the markets to manage
Spartoo does not expose an authoritative list of active markets for an account. Agilo runs safe read-only checks, preselects likely results, and flags uncertain ones. It never adds or removes a market without your confirmation.
One stock figure, separate market prices
Spartoo uses global stock while price, content, and publication status vary by market. Agilo keeps one quantity per variant and one price list for each confirmed market, sending changed values only.
Products and errors in one view
Search by SKU, EAN, name, or brand and filter by market, status, or error. Each product shows its configured and published prices, global stock, localization, and Spartoo's explanation when publication fails.
Orders and returns stay deliberate
Pending orders enter Agilo and require a manual decision by default. Before acceptance, Agilo reads the order from Spartoo again and checks every line, match, and stock level. Returns are also refreshed before acceptance or refusal, and accepted items go through inspection.
Shipping and tracking from the order
After accepting an order, you can buy a label through a connected broker and send its tracking and shipment status to Spartoo. Delivery documents stay disabled until Spartoo confirms the HTTPS endpoint; Agilo will not use the HTTP one. The first version supports one parcel per order.
Frequently asked questions
- What do I need to connect Spartoo to Agilo?
- The partenaire code assigned to your Spartoo account. Agilo neither asks for nor stores your merchant-portal email and password. Verification and market detection use future-dated order reads only.
- Can I test the integration in a Spartoo sandbox?
- Spartoo does not document a sandbox for these webservices. The connection therefore uses the production account, but Agilo blocks every change until you confirm the markets and their initial read completes successfully.
- Can Agilo run beside another system that writes to Spartoo?
- Not in live mode. Two systems updating catalog, stock, or orders can overwrite each other. The cutover stops writes in the previous system, takes one final read baseline, and activates Agilo with a controlled order.
